Charlie Mom is a Chinese restaurant. My friend and I ordered takeout -- lots of food to the tune of approximately $70. Subgum wanton soup was ok -- full of vegetables, pork, chicken and shrimp. No letter home, but ok. Fried shrimp appetizer was good, "B+". Green veggie dumplings were good, but were filled with only cabbage and carrots as far as we could tell. Regular pork dumplings were standard, also ok. Moo shu vegetable came with those nice, commercial pancakes, but I thought the dish was dry and undercooked. My friend liked the crunch -- to each.... Shanghai curried noodles had hot pepper flakes hiding amidst the dry, angel hair pasta -- not my taste. Chicken with honey walnuts -- the only flavor I could taste was salt. Lobster with ginger and scallions was dry and stuck stubbornly to the shells. What a disappointment!
